Refund Policy

Note: Please make sure that your order is correct before paying. Once your digital order is processed and delivered we cannot issue a 100% refund.

The issuing of refunds and credits shall be at the sole discretion of We reserve the right to resolve any problem you may have before starting the refund process. After we refunded you it typically takes 3-5 days to show the money back on your account.

We may issue refunds under the following conditions:

The item you purchased is out of stock. Upon request we will issue a refund after approval. Occasionally we need your assistance in verifying payment information, if you refuse or you do not respond to our request within 5 days, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

If your payment is less than the price listed on our web site, you will be given an opportunity to make full payment. If you refuse or do not respond within 5 days your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

You find a cheaper price on another site.

You request a refund because you changed your mind and do not want the product after ordering.

You requrie a refund for a delivered order.

For any reason other than those listed in "We may issue refunds under the following conditions" outlined above.
