The Caps was slower than anticipated and I had to constantly get updates throughout the process. I had to request for an update to know if it was completed. Communication could be better but overall I am satisfied.

Bought Norton Internet Security and the Gold was e-mailed very promptly. Only one slight hiccup in that I already had Norton installed and it had to uninstall rather than upgrade - that taxed my technophobic brain a bit.
