The colorful Sugarfest celebration has arrived in Adopt Me, bringing a candy-themed update packed with limited-time pets, mini-games, and collectible rewards. During this event, players can earn Candy Eggs and other items by completing special activities across Adoption Island. These rewards can then be exchanged for exclusive pets, toys, and pet accessories.

Adopt Me Sugarfest Date

The 2026 Sugarfest event began on March 13, 2026, and will run until April 9, 2026, giving players several weeks to participate and unlock everything the event has to offer. Among the highlights are rare pets like Candicorn, Cocoadile, Gumball Caterpillar, and Gummy Guana.

How to Begin the Adopt Me Sugarfest Event?

To start participating in Sugarfest, head to the main area of Adoption Island and speak with Mayor Amanda, the central NPC for the event. From there, you can access three main activities:

1. The Game of Sweets

The Game of Sweets is a board-style mini-game located near Mayor Amanda. To begin, simply jump onto the game platform.

When the game starts, your avatar appears on the board as a playing piece. You’ll see a dice on the side that you can interact with to roll. The number rolled determines how many spaces your character moves.

After landing on a tile, you’ll receive a reward based on that space. However, you cannot roll continuously — the dice has a cooldown timer before your next turn becomes available. The main objective of this mini-game is to complete a full lap around the board and return to the starting tile. Doing so rewards you with a Gumball.

To unlock the Gumball Caterpillar, you’ll need five Gumballs, meaning you must complete the board five times. Since the dice timer resets daily, players should return each day to progress toward the reward.

2. Cocoa Float

The Cocoa Float activity takes place in the river that circles Adoption Island. To start, jump into the water and your character will automatically ride on an inflatable donut.

While floating down the river, collect Candy Eggs that appear on the surface of the water. The more eggs you gather during the run, the larger your reward will be.

After finishing, return to land and head back near Mayor Amanda. A pile of Candy Eggs will appear nearby where you can collect everything you gathered from the river run. Players can repeat this activity as many times as they want to continue earning Candy Eggs.

At nighttime, a special opportunity may appear: the Cocoadile pet sometimes shows up near the river campfire and can be purchased for 14,000 Candy Eggs.

3. Candy Cliffs

The Candy Cliffs activity is located on the side of Adoption Island near the Toy Shop and Dealership. If you already have a Candy Chisel, equipping it will instantly teleport you to the start of the Candy Cliffs area.

When you arrive, talk to Scottie, who introduces the challenge. The objective is to break through seven layers of gummy rock using Candy Chisels.

Each layer requires a new Candy Chisel, and players can find small Buck rewards hidden inside the layers as they progress. The breaking process involves hitting glowing points on the wall at the right time to destroy each section.

If you run out of chisels, Scottie sells additional ones for 6,500 Candy Eggs. After clearing all seven layers, players unlock the Gummy Guana, one of the exclusive Sugarfest pets. Nearby, you can also purchase cosmetic items such as Gummy Goggles and the Candy Cliffs Hat.

Each activity rewards players with Candy Eggs or other items that can be used to obtain event pets and cosmetics. You can repeat these activities as often as you like during the event.

How to Unlock All Adopt Me Sugarfest Pets?

Several limited-time pets are available during the event. These pets can be earned through gameplay or purchased with event currency.

Candicorn - Available for 1,000 Robux to the right of Mayor Amanda.
Cocoadile - Appears next to the Cocoa River campfire (next to where you receive your Candy Eggs). Available for 14,000 Candy Eggs.
Gumball Caterpillar - Available by getting 5 Gumballs. Earn 1 Gumball for completing an entire rotation of The Game of Sweets. 
Gummy Guana - Break all 7 layers of the Candy Cliffs using Candy Chisels.

Candihorn Instrument – 9,000 Candy Eggs. Buy next to the Candihorn display.

Cocoadile Cape – 4,500 Candy Eggs. Buy next to the Cocoa Float Candy Egg collection.
Cocoadile Hat – 7,500 Candy Eggs. Buy next to the Cocoa Float Candy Egg collection.
Gumball Paws – 950 Candy Eggs. Buy next to the Candihorn display.
Gummy Goggles – 2,250 Candy Eggs. Buy next to Candy Cliffs.
Sour Glider – 60,000 Candy Eggs. Buy next to Candy Cliffs.
Twisty Marshmallow Chew Toy – 500 Candy Eggs. Buy next to the Cocoa Float Candy Egg collection.
