ARC Raiders: Fixing Duplication Exploits and Stella Montis Glitches
If you’ve been playing ARC Raiders lately, you probably noticed that some players were bending the rules in ways that made the game… less fun. Patch 1.12.0, finally tackles some of the biggest headaches: item and ammo duplication exploits, and the infamous Stella Montis out-of-bounds tricks.
No More Item Duplication
Before this update, clever (or sneaky) players found ways to duplicate equipment, effectively breaking the game’s balance. Suddenly, rare items weren’t so rare anymore, and the sense of risk and reward felt off.
With 1.12.0, those exploits are gone. You can only get gear the way the game intends — by completing missions, defeating enemies, and earning loot fairly. It restores that sense of accomplishment that makes ARC Raiders satisfying to play.
Ammo Duplication Is History
Ammo duplication was another problem that made fights too easy for some players. Imagine running around with unlimited bullets — suddenly, strategy and resource management meant almost nothing.
The new patch fixes this too. Ammo now consumes normally, so you’ll need to manage your shots and think about your approach in combat. It’s a small change that makes a huge difference in how the game feels.
Stella Montis: Out-of-Bounds Finally Fixed
Stella Montis has always been a fan favorite, but also a hotspot for exploits. Players could slip out of the intended play area and attack from impossible positions, which was incredibly frustrating if you were on the receiving end.
Patch 1.12.0 tackles this issue by closing multiple out-of-bounds locations and reducing cases where players could hurt others through map geometry. While some tiny spots might still exist, the majority of exploits have been patched, making the map fairer and more enjoyable for everyone.
Fixing item and ammo duplication, along with the Stella Montis glitches, restores balance and ensures everyone can enjoy the game on equal footing.
