Arc Raiders: The New Fastest Way To Take Down Each ARC
The Cold Snap update has introduced some of the most powerful grenades in Arc Raiders yet. With Trailblazer, Seeker, and Deadline grenades, you can now defeat high-tier ARC enemies faster than ever. This guide shows you exactly how to take down Leapers, Shredders, Bastions, Bombardiers, Rocketeers, and more, while also giving tips on farming the materials needed to craft these powerful tools.
Taking Down the Leaper Efficiently
The fastest way to eliminate a Leaper is surprisingly simple:
Enter a building and shoot it once to grab its attention.
When it presses against a wall, throw a Trailblazer grenade as close as possible.
Finish it off with a few shots from the Anvil.
For Shredders, you need to trap them in a small room. The Trailblazer’s gas trail damages anything in its path, but Shredders can dodge it if there’s space. Closing the door ensures the Shredder cannot escape, guaranteeing a quick kill.
Bastions and Bombardiers: Trailblazer vs Deadline
Trailblazer Strategy
Positioning is key: Stand as close as possible when throwing. The closer you are, the more damage the gas trail deals.
LAW grenade distraction: Use a LAW grenade to distract the Bastion, giving you roughly 10 seconds to throw multiple Trailblazers safely.
Showstopper method: Temporarily disables the turret, giving you enough time to throw all Trailblazers.
Unlike Blaze grenades, Trailblazers stack damage, so throwing them all at once maximizes effectiveness.
Deadline Strategy
The Deadline grenade is powerful, though slightly harder to use:
Bastion: Weaken a knee to disable it temporarily. Place the Deadline on top and retreat. It will be destroyed immediately.
Bombardier: Sneak close using cover and throw a lure grenade to distract it. Place the Deadline during the distraction, but be careful—shockwaves can stun or damage you.
Both methods ensure high efficiency against these tough enemies.
Rocketeers: Wolfpack vs Seeker Grenades
Rocketeers are challenging, but there are two effective strategies:
Wolfpack: One Wolfpack plus a couple of Anvil shots usually kills a Rocketeer. Two Wolfpacks guarantee a fast kill.
Seeker grenades: Cheaper to craft, these grenades lock onto targets in their radius. Unlike Wolfpacks, they can hit Rocketeers from a safe distance.
Bonus: Seeker grenades one-shot Wasps and are moderately effective against Hornets, making them versatile and highly efficient.
Why the New Grenades Are Game-Changing
The Trailblazer, Seeker, and Deadline grenades were introduced as craftable blueprints in the Cold Snap update. They are now essential tools for high-tier combat:
Trailblazers and Deadlines are overpowered, capable of destroying the toughest enemies quickly.
Blueprints drop on Stella Montis, and the drop rate is generous.

To gather materials and blueprints efficiently:

Collect Explosive Compound, Synthesized Fuel, and Crude Explosives.
Check containers for grenade blueprints and augment blueprints.
