Where to Find Old Town in ARC Raiders
While completing certain Trials in ARC Raiders, you may run into an objective that asks you to deal damage to ARC enemies in Old Town. The problem is that many players struggle to locate this area because Old Town is not clearly labeled on the map. If you’ve been wandering around Buried City without success, here’s a simple explanation to help you find it quickly.
Old Town Location in Buried City
Old Town is located in the southeastern section of Buried City. The district stretches from the area south of the bridge near Grandioso Apartments all the way toward the eastern side close to Red Tower.
The bridge is the easiest landmark to use when navigating the area. Think of it as the dividing line between two districts:
North of the bridge: West Village
South of the bridge: Old Town
Once you cross that bridge heading south, you are officially entering Old Town.
How to Recognize Old Town
Old Town has a very different atmosphere compared to other parts of the city. Instead of clean or modern buildings, the area is filled with damaged structures partially buried under sand dunes. The environment looks older and more abandoned, which makes it stand out from newer districts nearby.
Whenever you move into a different district in ARC Raiders, the game briefly displays the location name on the left side of your screen. Watch for that notification to confirm you have entered Old Town before starting your mission.
Best Enemies to Fight in Old Town
After reaching Old Town, the next step is finding ARC enemies to damage. One of the best targets here is the Bombardier. These enemies are commonly found in this district and have enough durability to absorb multiple hits, which makes them useful for progressing Trials objectives.
Bombardiers can also summon Spotters, creating additional enemies to attack. Spotters have lower health, but they still help you gain extra damage toward your challenge.
How to Safely Extract from Old Town
If you happen to have a Raider Hatch Key, bringing it along is a smart move. The Old Town Hatch sits near the western edge of the district and provides a fast extraction point.
During intense fights it’s easy to lose track of the raid timer, so having a nearby exit can make the difference between successfully completing your run or losing your loot.
