Rip Daring Mini Season Now Available in Fallout 76
The latest update in Fallout 76 introduces a fresh limited-time experience with the arrival of a new Mini Season: “Rip Daring – Weapons Expert Extraordinaire!” Running until May 5, this event adds a new layer of seasonal rewards and combat-focused challenges for players to enjoy.
A Season Built Around Firepower
This Mini Season is designed to encourage players to fully embrace the game’s wide arsenal. Whether you prefer rifles, laser weapons, explosives, melee tools like sledgehammers, bows, or even improvised options like power tools and Deathclaw gauntlets, everything is fair game. In true wasteland fashion, even your bare fists can make a difference if that’s your style.
How to Get Started with Rip’s Blessing
Before jumping into the action, players will need to obtain a special buff tied to Rip Daring himself. The process begins in the Atomic Shop, where you can claim a free item: the Rip Daring Vault Boy Statue.
Once placed in your C.A.M.P., interacting with the statue grants you a temporary boost called “Rip’s Bounty.” This buff lasts for one hour and is essential for participating in the Mini Season’s challenge system:
Duration: 1 hour
Effect: 15% chance for Cryptids to drop additional scraps
Purpose: Enables participation in Mini Season damage-based challenges that reward Tickets
If your buff expires, there’s no need to worry — simply revisit the Rip Daring Vault Boy Statue in your C.A.M.P. to reactivate Rip’s Bounty and continue earning rewards.
